    Resilient River Apartment - 2014

    Type - Residential
    Location - Wilmington, Vermont
    Status - Completed

Hurricane Irene in 2011 destroyed much of Wilmington, including an apartment below street level on the banks of the Deerfield River. The client, Todd Gariess, decided, "I want to have the first apartment ready to be lived in after the next flood!" It was this thought that drove the renovation of this downtown apartment into one of the most resilent and desirable habitation in the village.
