The police, fire, and rescue departments of Manchester, Vermont, each wanted a new facility, but taxpayers were only willing to pay for a single facility. LineSync Architecture was able to design, within budget, one building that answered their separate needs. The building, organized around four separate courtyards set within an emergency egress traffic circle, provided a win-win solution for each department of the Public Safety Facility.
