LineSync Architecture worked closely with the board members and Property Manager to gut and update the entire building, reallocating programs and reassessing spacial priorities. To maximize the functionality and aesthetic of the Fitness Center it was necessary to vault into the existing, unused, trussed attic. This provided the opportunity to greatly improve insulation and efficiency, while creating a delightful space. As an example of how we provide more for less: We designed a custom ten foot long double wash basin made with concrete and glass; it was built for the same price as a standard corian double vanity, but provides a unique warmth and beauty.
